Frontier recruit a wide range of different roles to support Bermuda based businesses. While not a current need, we often require suitably qualified candidates for the role of Corporate Administrator. Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
  • Manage day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of exempted companies
  • Prepare and distribute transactional Board of Director and Shareholder resolutions
  • Convene and attend Board of Director and Shareholder meetings, prepare all related documentation including meeting minutes
  • Prepare and file statutory and regulatory filings
  • Effectively learn company structures and governance
  • Ensure company information and data is entered and maintained accurately
  • Liaise with in-house and external counsel to meet individual company needs
  • Take responsibility for ad hoc corporate secretarial assignments and projects
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a corporate administration role or relevant administrative assistant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work accurately and spot errors is essential
  • Familiarity with legislation relating to Bermuda companies and partnerships
  • Ability to think critically, initiate activity, and deal with competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsibility and accountability for projects being undertaken
