ENERCON is currently looking for a Recruiting Supervisor to join the ENERCON Recruiting Team in our Kennesaw, GA (Atlanta) headquarters. In this position you will have the opportunity to both recruit entry-level to experienced professionals for the various divisions of our business, and lead a team of recruiters. 

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers providing support to meet hiring goals. Be an effective business partner who quickly understands the business goals, hiring needs, and position requirements
  • Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing advertisements, and creative sourcing methods
  • Establish and maintain candidate database of pre-qualified candidates to meet current and anticipated business needs
  • Evaluate each candidate’s experience and skill set for abilities and qualifications for each position
  • Consistently present to ENERCON Hiring Managers those applicants qualified and interested in the position
  • Coordinate Hiring Manager debrief sessions and the selection/offer process
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Taleo TBE) to manage searches and the recruiting process - Entering/Updating requisitions and resumes; Sourcing, Profiling, and Matching Candidates; Tracking and updating candidate dispositions; Maintaining integrity of data; prepare recruiting related reports.
  • Ensure compliance in the Recruiting/Hiring process with laws and regulations, including EEO and AAP compliance
  • Coordinate and provide timely feedback to all candidates that supports a positive candidate experience

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day direction to a group of recruiters (ranging in experience)
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and balanced workload to be both productive and successful
  • Orchestrate responsibilities and promote a department culture that ensures team work to meet the company’s hiring needs
  • Provide timely and appropriate performance feedback and coaching, and provides mentoring (technical, soft-skill and career-focused) to support development needs of team
  • Interface directly with company management to ensure recruiting needs are fulfilled and communicate progress on recruiting goals and objectives
  • Communicate proactively via face-to-face, phone and email with team members, management and hiring managers
  • Provide escalation support for recruiters and hiring managers for problem solving and issues resolution

As a qualified candidate, you will meet the below requirements:

  • BS/BA Degree required preferably in business, human resources or communications (or related field); M.S./M.A./M.B.A. is preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years recruiting experience, preferably doing non-agency full life-cycle recruiting
  • Minimum of 2+ years leadership/supervisory/management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate individuals and create strong team performance through coaching and performance feedback
  • Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills, with ability to effectively meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines - experience carrying a requisition load of 20+ openings required
  • Relationship building skills with ability to partner with Business Leaders to successfully drive talent identification and hires
  • Understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to problem solve and facilitate
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations applicable to hiring practices
  • Ability to travel 10%-15%
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings; ENERCON and client specific background checks; and an annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies
