Job Purpose: You are a confident leader who has strong communication and multi-tasking skills. You lead by example and are a point person in resolving problems and communicating with clients.
Schedule: The schedule you will be working, will be from Sunday to Thursday, and some holidays are expected.

What you will be doing:
Recordkeeping – Document information collected from staff
Organization – Plan and manage daily services for animals
Maintenance – Clean up after animal accidents using a variety of cleaning chemicals
Support- Ensure safe handling of animals; Assist staff when needed
Communication- Articulate detailed reports to staff and owners
Leadership- Enforcing protocols; providing education for trainees and staff
Culture - Foster an open and inclusive work environment by modeling Now Boarding (NB) Behaviors and values, consistent with the vision and mission of the organization. Maintain a safe work environment by following NB protocols and policies. Work with NB team members in a positive and effective way to advance the mission of NB.

What we are looking for:
Physical & Emotional Capabilities – Must be able to handle the physical and emotional aspect of work in an animal boarding environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Schedule - Regular, predictable attendance, punctuality, and availability to work during operations hours as defined by management with the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Adaptability - Ability to work in a professional and positive manner with high attention to detail in a variety of situations.
Communication - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, must have ability to work as a member of the team and partner collaboratively with external and internal customers and departments.
Computer Skills- Must be able to use software on tablets/computers
