eQuest provides job posting services to companies of all sizes, but primarily to the Global Fortune 1000.

We are seeking a Sales Professional who is extremely competent and very experienced in cold calling potential customers; as well as prospecting and developing sales relationships with potential clients and closing new business.

The Sales Professional can work in a remote home office.

The position will be in an autonomous environment where they will be responsible for building brand recognition throughout their territory. Focus will be on selling eQuest solutions from medium-sized to enterprise companies in all industries. This position is a pure hunter role, where you are responsible for generating all new leads and working through the full sale cycle.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

 

Performance Objectives:

  • Determine new customers’ needs for job posting, big data, compliance and more;
  • Presenting these services via phone calls and online demos to meet those needs.
  • Prepare, present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Be creative by building a prospect list through cold calling, referrals, professional and personal contacts, networking events and other methods.
  • The ability to both meet and exceed annual sales quota for your territory.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of HCM sales experience in a quota-driven, business-to-business sales position.
  • Proven ability with sales prospecting and closing.
