Job Description


Position Overview:

The Job Posting Distribution Sales Professional is responsible for prospecting and developing sales relationships with potential clients and closing new business. The Sales Professional can work in a remote home office. The position will be in an autonomous environment where they will be responsible for building brand recognition throughout their territory. Focus will be on selling eQuest solutions from medium-sized to enterprise companies in all industries. This position is a pure hunter role, where you are responsible for generating all new leads and working through the full sale cycle.


Performance Objectives:

  1. Determine new customers’ needs for job posting, big data, compliance and more, then presenting the services to meet those needs.
  2. Prepare, present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
  3. Be creative by building a prospect list through cold calling, referrals, professional and personal contacts, networking events and other methods.
  4. The ability to both meet and exceed annual sales quota for your territory.


Job Requirements



  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of HCM sales experience in a quota-driven, business-to-business sales position.
  • Must have generated over $300K in revenue per each Fiscal year.
  • Proven ability with sales prospecting and closing.
