B&A is seeking a Training Coordinator/QA to support a Federal project for the United States Census Bureau in Suitland, MD.



  • Provide leadership and management for training tasks that are being performed by the contractor.
  • Prepare training documents and services that are required to support training requirements drawing input from the researchers, test engineers, systems analysts, training specialists, logisticians, and the government and applying customer training policies.
  • Maintain contact with the customer to ensure that the training meets their needs.
  • Maintain a training and development schedule for contractor staff and monitor progression across service desk tiers
  • Maintain a schedule of quality assurance activities and evaluate service analyst performance via call monitoring and data integrity reviews
  • Analyze quality assurance results and provide recommendations directly to analysts and develop training curriculum based on analyst performance and team leader input
  • Perform overflow call support activities during high volume periods or extensive staff outages
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure that problems are solved to the user’s satisfaction.
  • Make recommendations for staff development and analyst performance improvement



  • Experience working in a call center, customer service, help desk or service desk environment is REQUIRED.
  • Three (3) years of technical training experience in developing, revising, and delivering training courses.
  • Requires competence in preparing instructor materials and student materials.
  • Requires competence in training personnel in formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
  • Three (3) years of increasing responsibility providing technical and administrative direction for service desk analysts
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently based on the strategic plan or under general direction.
  • Must be able to effectively employ contemporary project management tools.
