Program Analyst

B&A is currently seeking a Program Analyst (Operational Assessments) to join our team on a Federal project to join our team in Washington, DC!


Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the management of the assessment oversight process during full-spectrum operational assessments and covert test campaigns.
  • Detailed examination of CONOPS, plans, procedures, protocols, training, technologies, communications, and technical support for deployed and future technologies in the operational environment.
  • Provide programmatic support in the planning, scheduling and coordination of concurrent operational assessment projects with Federal, State, and local assessment stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of venue-specific operational assessment plans, deploy to assessment and covert test venues, and document observations of current and future potential vulnerabilities in detailed After Action Reports.
  • Assist with oversight and strategic planning for WMD prevention program.
  • Attend and participate in assigned technical meetings, workshops and conferences.
  • Draft, review and edit documents, reports and briefings.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a highly analytical field of study.
  • Four (4) years of mission analysis/operations research experience.
  • Superior interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Programs especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Active SECRET security clearance and clearable to the TS/SCI level; ability to obtain DHS Suitability.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Federal, State and Local law enforcement and operational partners.
  • Experience in performing covert testing of CONOPS and fielded detection technologies.
  • Experience in performing testing of CONOPS and fielded technologies dedicated to Chemical/Biological/Radiological and Nuclear detection.
  • Experience working with Federal, State and Local law enforcement and operational partners.
  • Experience supporting CBRNE/WMD programs and familiarity with fielded systems and future technology.
