Bart & Associates (B&A) is currently seeking a Program Executive to support our team!
We are seeking a leader who can develop people, build relationships with our customer, hold people accountable, relentlessly improves, and can foster an environment that delivers results, values people and cultivates innovation.
The Program Executive is B&A’s point of accountability for the successful delivery of multiple projects. As such, the PM is responsible for:
Customer Relationship Management – the PM is responsible for establishing a collaborative and trusting relationship with his/her government counterpart and fostering that relationship at all levels of the B&A team.
Program Management – the PM is responsible for developing and maintaining the program management framework for the contract. Our framework is based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), drawing on Lean-Agile best practices. S/he is responsible to ensuring all contract deliverables are delivered on time and at acceptable levels of quality. S/he manages the contracts quality assurance program and ensures B&A is focused on relentless improvement of team performance and customer results.
Talent Management – the PM is responsible for ensuring that the program is fully staffed at all times. S/he ensures that B&A is recruiting and retaining top talent for our projects. S/he is responsible for the professional development of the entire team, making sure team members are receiving the training they require to do their jobs and to develop as professionals. S/he is responsible for cultivating employee engagement, to maximize employee retention.
Growth – the PM is responsible for on contract growth. S/he is responsible for identifying opportunities for expanding B&A business with this client by fostering strong client relationships, solid project performance, and by proactively bringing new ideas and innovations to the client. Additionally, S/he is responsible for contributing to proposal efforts to drive this growth.
Corporate Support and Alignment – the PM is responsible for working with B&A corporate resources to support the delivery of services to our customers. S/he will work directly with the B&A Vice President of Innovation and Delivery as well as the Vice President for Talent and Operations to ensure that the program is fully staffed, and that B&A is able to provide innovative solutions over the life of the contract.
