Description

Bart & Associates is seeking a PeopleSoft Help Desk Functional Analyst to join our team on a US Courts project in Washington, DC!

 

Key Skills: Knowledge of HR and Payroll systems, relational databases, SQL, technical support experience. Any relevant experience with onboarding implementation, roll-out and support is a plus.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Oversee Help Desk Team.
  • Serve as HRMIS Security POC to assist with security requests and analysis.
  • Liaison between Help Desk & Development teams.
  • Assist with Security requests.
  • Perform Data Release coordination activities.
  • Perform Data Clean-up Scripts, query migrations, etc. in Weekly Data Release.
  • Attend grooming/release meeting & sprint demos.
  • Provide updates to the Help Desk staff regarding releases.
  • Oversee HRMIS Annual Security Certification.
  • Provide Certification Stats to Management.
  • Review/Update Security Guide.
  • Manage ‘Call for Items’ Input.
  • Assist development teams with analysis/testing.
  • Manage Ad-hoc data requests.
  • Review HSC Updates and Newsletters.
  • Have working knowledge and understanding of help desk best practices.
  • Be able to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks effectively as needed.
  • Respond accordingly if asked to prepare metrics and presentations related to help desk calls.
  • Understand when to escalate issues or request assistance.
  • Accurately and comprehensively enter, update, and close help desk tickets within the ClearQuest ticket tracking system to include problem and resolution.
  • Participate in client meetings as needed.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Have keen attention to detail.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the life-cycle of reported issue.
  • Research issues through both application and back-end SQL inquiries.
  • Possess experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle) and SQL.
  • Have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.

 

RELEVANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum education: 2 years college, focus in IT or related technical field.
  • HDI Certification desired.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM.
  • CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE.
