Ivyhill Technologies is currently seeking a Project Administrator/Project Manager for an opportunity located in the San Antonio, TX area. The qualified candidate will oversee the call center/appointment services of a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) for a government contract operation. Will be responsible for the contract's over customer service and quality assurance for a staff of 50 telephone appointment clerks. Will serve as a subject matter expert for the call center; provide feedback, coaching and development to staff; monitor calls to improve staff's performance; continual evaluate processes and procedures; provide statistical and performance feedback; and ensure staff are appropriately trained and and have the resources to perform their duties. Will serve as primary point of contact (POC) with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for addressing project needs and have contract accountability for ensuring all obligations of the project are met within the specified deadline and that the services provided are satisfactorily delivered to the client.
