WSP is currently seeking a Senior BIM Modeller to lead our Structural BIM team working on the rehabilitation of our Parliamentary Precinct's iconic Centre Block building. You will be reporting directly to the Lead Structural Engineer on the project and indirectly to the National Structural BIM Manager. Working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, the successful candidate will manage BIM team members as they model innovative design solutions from inception through to construction phases.




  • Develop and model building elements using Revit software
  • In time, be willing to take responsibility for other team members
  • Be able to accept ownership of specific tasks within a team environment
  • Coordinate with other project disciplines
  • Support established BIM standards and modelling best practices
  • Create Revit families




  • In-depth experience modelling with Revit for a medium to large-sized engineering or architectural firm
  • At least eight years of BIM experience in an engineering or architecture environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Revit families and templates
  • Keen awareness of interoperability of BIM modelling and design tools
  • Understanding of Dynamo scripting
  • Promote and support practices that improve production efficiency and effectiveness
  • Creative at problem-solving
  • Customer Service oriented with a commitment to working within a team environment
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Reliable, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to be active and timely while providing consistent follow-up
  • Organized and methodical with a capacity for resolving challenges
