Title:                        Program Coordinator, JNTP

Reports to:             Manager, JNTP
Status:                    Part-time, Non-exempt


Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Manager, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing general support to the JNTP Program Department and its program implementation. A large part of the job will include supporting the department with managing materials preparation, monitoring and supporting program implementation timelines, and staffing program delivery days across program lines.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
The following is an overview of the duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. The employee may perform other duties as required.

  • Work with key members of the JNTP Program department to plan, schedule, maintain, manage and track workflow and timelines pertaining to program delivery tasks as needed
  • Track progress of various program projects, communicate with the program team and adjust schedules as needed
  • Edit and finalize MS PowerPoint presentations, MS Word documents, Google docs, Adobe PDF files, and other materials for JNTP professional development workshops and webinars in coordination with facilitators while adhering to various timelines
  • Produce technical evening webinars via Zoom
  • Oversee print production of all materials, some in-house and some through vendor
  • Initiate and monitor participant registration and attendance at JNTP program events
  • Set up and provide on-site support during professional development days. To include; welcome participants, set up and clean up food, monitor attendance, set up materials and tech, clean up, make arrangements with courier
  • Initiate meeting planning and preparation, decision-making, and actions for various meetings and workgroups
  • Process reimbursements for JNTP participants' travel
  • Schedule in-field coaching appointments with mentors and JNTP Program department facilitator
  • Maintain the program registration/database/online tools accounts and oversee registration components and data reporting
  • Participate in JNTP program team meetings, as needed, to provide support during all phases of current projects
  • Provide general administrative support to JNTP Program Team, as needed
  • National travel, periodically

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in related field or applicable skills (e.g., project management, event planning, administrative assistant)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication with individuals both within NTC and externally in a professional and polished manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as with Google Suite applications and Smartsheets, CRM, Zoom
  • Project coordination skills with the ability to work well with internal management and staff within the department and across departments as well as with external clients and vendors
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule, and manage multiple, complex projects so that they are completed on time and within budget
  • Attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
  • Proven ability to operate independently with limited supervision
  • Willingness to do “whatever-it-takes” to provide the highest quality service
  • Passion for improving teaching, learning, and leadership in America’s Jewish day school
  • Familiarity with the Jewish day school field is a plus
