This position is contingent on contract award.

Summary of Program/Project:

These services will support new and existing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4-ISR) technology-weapons systems and Department of Defense (DoD) 8570.01-M Information Assurance and  Workforce Improvement Program requirements which are used to identify certifications for Army positions supporting the DoD network. In addition, services will support Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment and capabilities to include the provision for logistical and administrative support at the sites. Personnel shall develop and conduct training for military units and government agencies located in CONUS/OCONUS In Accordance With (IAW) all applicable regulations and commercial best practices.

The RSTS sites, under the direction of the RSTS Directorate, have now established many standardized and information sharing processes. These items include an RSTS website, RSTS course catalog, Army Training Resources and Requirements (ATRRS) code structure, 114 courses (59 base course with 65 course length variations of the base courses), procurement procedures, training request process, a Standard Operating Procedure, course scheduling and student tracking procedures, course pass rate and student load tracking, and commercial training product awareness.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess a High School diploma or higher.
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office® suite of software products and knowledge management applications e.g., SharePoint,
  • Experience using Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) database or similar training/database systems is desired.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Pearson VUE exam process.
  • Demonstrated experience applying advanced presentation speaking and interpersonal skills during official briefings.
  • Proficient at learning new military and commercial software and database management skills
  • Demonstrated experience with DOD/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military systems.

Travel Requirement: TBD

Security Clearance Requirement:  Active DoD Secret clearance.

Education: High School Diploma or higher


Work Location: The work to be performed under this contract shall be performed at the following CONUS locations as required and determined by the Government.
