The Senior Technical Recruiter will provide on-site full-life cycle support in our Fairfax office for our growing staff requirements, the majority of which will be technical or IT services in nature and may require government security clearances. Responsibilities include interface with our Program Manager's, Team Leaders, and other managers to create, review, and advertise positions, source candidates, pre-screen and interview candidates, conduct reference checks, collect required documentation, coach hiring managers and their teams on proper and efficient interviewing techniques, assist with the offer process, and track candidates. The successful candidate must understand Government contracting, staffing policies, security clearance requirements, key personnel requirements and the use of applicant tracking systems. The Senior Technical Recruiter must demonstrate the ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, with our team and potential hires. The successful candidate will be a creative-thinker, passionate about recruiting and thrives in a fast-paced, but quality driven environment. This person must be self-motivated, adept at selling and influencing, while welcoming the opportunities that come with supporting a growing company within a competitive job market.
