Responsibilities:

This position is the sole marketing ownership person locally to take after all the marketing functional responsibility like the Government Relations, Public Relations, Media. And local Marketing plan development base on company biz strategy.

这个职位是当地的市场负责人,承担如政府关系、公共关系、媒体等所有市场职能;并根据公司的业务战略制定当地的营销计划。

Responsible for ensuring all aspects of an event are well-planned and run smoothly.

确保线下活动各方面的计划和运作顺利进行。

Seek for industry partner or marketing opportunity and make sure co-operation is well planned and executed

寻找行业合作伙伴以及市场机会,并落实推进合作顺利进行。

Introduce online or new media channel in local region to improve branding awareness

在管辖区域内,尝试用线上以及新媒体方式,提升品牌影响力。

Maintain great relations with co-marketing partners and increase cross branding exposure (which are 99% of the time events). Ensure display of machines w/Co-Marketing partners.

与品牌联合推广伙伴保持良好关系,增加跨品牌曝光率(99%的活动时间),确保和合作推广品牌的曝光时间。

Assists in coordination and implementation of programs in conjunction with other regional Marketing colleagues, driving consistency in procedures and brand presentation at events.

协助与其他区域市场营销人员协调和实施计划,保证程序和品牌呈现的一致性。

Requirement:

任职要求:

Bachelor degree with 5+ years of proven experience.

大学本科毕业并具有5年以上经验。

Previous marketing experience in chamberreal estate and property management is preferred.

商会,地产,物业管理等市场人员优先

Previous experience in organizing big event is preferred.

有过组织大型活动者优先。

Skilled in problem solving and handling ad hoc tasks and multiple tasks.

熟练解决问题,处理特定和多项任务。

Proficient in MS office software.

熟练运用MS办公软件。

Good oral and written English skills.

良好的英语口语与书面表达能力。

Strong sense of services and team work.

良好的的服务意识和团队合作精神。

Good at interpersonal communication and coordination.

善于人际沟通与协调。
