IT SPECIALIST II
Celestar Corporation, a company which proudly provides 100% of employee health care premiums, is seeking an IT Specialist II for the Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS). This position will be working within BIS to develop tracking excel sheets with advanced capabilities of compiling and manipulating data along with using graphics for formula functions and standard reports.
LABOR CATEGORY: IT SPECIALIST II
SECURITY CLEARANCE: The position requires a secret security clearance
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: One (1) Year from the Date of Assignment with the potential for two (2) follow-on Option Years, starting March 2020.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The work will be performed at the Department of Commerce Building, HCHB, located at 1401 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC.

Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
