The Celestar Corporation has an IMMEDIATE NEED to identify multiple Counterintelligence Law Enforcement Analysts who will be seated at Ft. Meade, MD.  Please review the position description below. If interested and qualified, we welcome you to apply for this challenging opportunity.
 
CLEARANCE/ACCESS: Active Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access; Clearance, Access and Investigation must appear in JPAS and be within scope (5 – Years)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI)
  • Monitor and analyze strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs
  • Assess future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country
  • Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and other senior leadership
  • Analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications through comprehensive knowledge of intelligence threat analysis to include forecasting and/or other analytical methodologies
  • Analyze terrorist and Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) threats to U.S. Army Forces, programs and operations
  • Research and analyze military, political, economic, technical and other developments within assigned areas to conduct valid threat assessments
  • Advise team leaders and chain of command on intelligence findings
  • Plan, coordinate, and synthesize research to prepare all-source intelligence products and responses
  • Brief intelligence assessments and positions to senior Battalion civilian and Army personnel
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or four (4) years of intelligence analyst experience; five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Must be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Possess strong briefing skills

  • Conduct all-source research and threat analysis of counterintelligence, counterterrorism, force protection, and information operations of foreign military forces and their operations, capabilities, activities and trends to support all-source intelligence and threat production, particularly in the areas of threats to U.S. Army and DoD equities
  • Identify intelligence gaps and assist in the development of intelligence collection programs
  • Provide recommendations on techniques and innovative methods employed in threat analysis and protection
  • Provide general military intelligence analysis and organizational expertise dealing with threats to the U.S Army/DoD interests worldwide 
  • Active Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access; Clearance, Access and Investigation must appear in JPAS and be within scope (5 – Years)

Minimum physical demands for on task positions: Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Team Members on task (CONUS and OCONUS assignments, some travel):
• Specific vision abilities required by the job may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Team Members deployed to a combat zone must be physically able to live in austere conditions during off duty time that may include extremes in temperature, noise, and must not have any medical conditions that require access to uninterrupted power sources.
• Team Members deployed to a combat zone will be subject to hazardous conditions which may require them to wear a kevlar helmet, individual body armor and/or wear a gas mask for extended periods of time.
